Chapter-A is a Dubai-based fractional consultancy supporting organizations across Telecom, ICT, FinTech, SaaS, FMCG and technology. We combine senior executive expertise with hands-on execution, working as an extension of client leadership teams from diagnosis and strategy through transformation and measurable results.

Our team brings international executive experience and has worked with organizations including Vodafone, Ooredoo, e&, Tele2, Millicom, Schneider Electric, HPE and AVEVA.

Rather than selling a narrow product, you will represent a broad executive consulting platform built around five commercial pillars:

• Growth & Commercial Strategy — growth acceleration, GTM, commercial planning, budgeting and performance analytics.

• B2B, Sales & Channel Transformation — enterprise growth, sales effectiveness, channel strategy, account targeting and pipeline acceleration.

• Pricing & Revenue Management — pricing, revenue optimization, CVM, segmentation, propositions and promotions.

• Digital & AI Transformation — digital strategy, transformation programs, AI-enabled commercial use cases and new digital propositions.

• Telecom, ICT & FinTech Advisory — sector-specific strategy, transformation, new-business development and fractional executive support.

• We have a winning proposition, our proposition goes beyond recommendations. We partner with our clients through

execution, with our fees directly linked to the results we deliver.

• Originate and develop high-value consulting opportunities across global markets.

• Use your own network, prospecting tools and commercial methods to reach senior decision-makers in target accounts.

• Open accounts and geographies that sit beyond Chapter-A's existing network.

• Lead the initial relationship, understand the client's priorities and qualify where Chapter-A can create measurable value.

• Build and maintain a disciplined opportunity pipeline with clear next actions and realistic closure expectations.

• Work directly with the CEO and Chapter-A executive team to progress qualified opportunities through discovery, proposal, negotiation and closure.

• Develop relationships that can generate repeat engagements and long-term account value.

We are particularly interested in professionals with credible access to Telecom operators and groups, MVNOs, ISPs, ICT and IT companies, FinTech and financial-services organizations, FMCG companies, B2B SaaS and technology businesses, and other enterprises undergoing significant commercial or digital transformation.

You are not expected to design or deliver the consulting engagement alone. Once an opportunity is qualified, Chapter-A supports you with:

• CEO and senior-executive participation in client conversations.

• Discovery, diagnosis and solution development.

• Proposal, presentation and business-case development.

• Commercial structuring and negotiation support.

• Access to senior subject-matter experts and fractional executives.

• Contracting support and end-to-end project delivery.

• A proven B2B hunter, commercial leader, industry executive, consultant or strategic relationship builder with a strong record of creating new business.

• Established access to senior decision-makers in one or more of our target sectors or markets.

• Demonstrated ability to originate opportunities rather than depend primarily on inbound leads or inherited accounts.

• Experience with complex, consultative or high-value B2B selling. Professional services, consulting, Telecom, ICT, SaaS, FinTech or technology experience is particularly relevant.

• Strong executive presence, commercial judgment, relationship-building, negotiation and follow-through.

• Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating independently across countries, cultures and time zones.

• Own network, prospecting approach and business-development tools.

• Excellent English. Arabic and/or French are strong advantages.

This is an entrepreneurial, primarily performance-based opportunity built around significant success fees rather than a conventional fixed compensation structure. Earnings are directly linked to business originated and successfully converted, with no predefined earnings cap.

The model is designed for senior professionals who value autonomy, flexibility and meaningful participation in the commercial value they create.

You bring the relationship and opportunity.
Chapter-A brings the consulting firepower.
Together, we create client value and share in the success.
